Orders are shipped within 2-5 working days of purchase, except if specified otherwise in item description. We are doing our best to ship our online orders and soon as possible. No compensation is payable for delays.

Once your item has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number. Please always include your phone number in case courier needs to contact you!

Please note that some of our garments are PRE-ORDER. A tailoring of PRE-ORDER garments may take up to 4 weeks. For details check garment's description. You will be charged for pre-orders when you place the order. If your order includes items that are not on pre-order, they will have to wait and be shipped with the pre-ordered item. If this does not work for you, please place a separate order for pre-orders.

We offer standard and express shipping. Standard delivery takes between 5-20 working days depending on your location. Express delivery takes between 1-3 working days.  Delivery to non EU countries takes 14-28 working days.

Delivery times for standard shipping depend on your local postal service and may significantly vary. 

Deliveries outside the EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. Price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient of the order, you will need to pay any import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. 

Please note that we do not include insurance in the basic shipping costs. If you would like to add insurance to the shipping of your item, please let us know in advance. 

In the rare event that your parcel is deemed lost or missing after an investigation through DHL Global Mail or UPS, we will do our best to replace and resend your order. We are not able to offer refunds on lost orders.

If a delivery is refused by the receiver and returned to AmorITER, any duties, taxes, postage or customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund issued. Original shipping charges non-refundable as well.

RETURNS POLICY

You can return any item purchased on amoriter.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

Please note that while you are free to choose which shipment method to use when returning items to us, please make sure that the items reach us safely. We highly advise you to use tracked post. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make a refund if the shipment is lost in the post.

Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. Normally, return shipping can take up to 15-20 working days from the date you posted your parcel back to us.

Once the return has been received and approved, you will receive a refund email confirmation. Please note that refunds can take up to 1-5 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

We do not offer a free returns service. All return shipping costs are at the customers expense.

Original shipping charges and duties & taxes are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange sizes, you will need to place a new order for the size that you require and return your original order. Unfortunately we're unable to put stock on hold.
