RETURNS POLICY
You can return any item purchased on amoriter.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
Please note that while you are free to choose which shipment method to use when returning items to us, please make sure that the items reach us safely. We highly advise you to use tracked post. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make a refund if the shipment is lost in the post.
Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. Normally, return shipping can take up to 15-20 working days from the date you posted your parcel back to us.
Once the return has been received and approved, you will receive a refund email confirmation. Please note that refunds can take up to 1-5 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
We do not offer a free returns service. All return shipping costs are at the customers expense.
Original shipping charges and duties & taxes are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange sizes, you will need to place a new order for the size that you require and return your original order. Unfortunately we're unable to put stock on hold.
